Smach rice was born long time ago in Kampong Rou district Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia. People choose to plant smach seed from each other up to present. Smach Rice also produces only in deep-land farms; it is such a long-term rice. Smach rice is red and fragrant rice.

Help to facilitate the managing and leading the activities of production, business, handicraft of buying and selling agricultural product, agricultural tools of community with effectiveness which concentrated on promoting people’s livelihood properly and contributed to develop society.

1.      Director:  General Management  in community

-Set up plan for community members to implement.

-Monitoring and Evaluating plan.

-Invitation members for meeting.

-Leading the meeting and training participation.

2.      Deputy Director: Taking responding when Director is absent

-Participate to develop plan, implementing plan and monitoring plan.

-M and E training course.

3.      Financier

-Capital controlling.

-Do the report of income and expanse in community.

-Join to develop and implementing plan.

-Monitoring and Evaluating plan.

4.      Secretary

-Do report and minute in all meetings and convention.

- Join to develop and implementing plan.

5.      Members

- Join to develop and implementing plan .

1.Controlling Director

-Leading its members and monitoring BOD in implementing their plan in community weather have mistaken or not in order to adjust.

      - Join to develop plan and invite members to join the meeting and training course.
